Grodzka is one of the oldest streets in Krakow, part of the Royal Route, which Polish
kings traveled on their way to the Wawer castle. It is not only an excellent location in
terms of public transport, but above all a place that holds richness of fascinating stories.
It is here, in the vicinity of the Krakow Main Market Square, that a unique investment is
being created. Grodzka 28 is a place created and designed for those who like exquisite
yet contemporary and bold designs.
A tenement house restored with reverence referring to historic 19th century buildings, with
a traditional facade division, where history meets modernity.
There are 7 single-levelled and two-levelled apartments with a size vary from 25 to 108
m2.
The highest quality materials will be used for interior finishing: natural stone, precious
wood and glass.
The building will be supplied with central heating and domestic hot
water from the MPEC municipal network. The will also be a lift of a higher standard. Each

Inside the building, there will be restored, original architectural elements, such as antique
ceramic stoves, metal entrance gates, polychromes, decorated balustrades and
stuccoes, which will be enriched with modern solutions.
